Located in East Melbourne VIC 3002, ROCCELLA PTY LTD is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing professional table service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Recommending menu items, daily specials, and beverages while responding to customer enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards.
• Setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
• Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Liaising effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving service-related issues professionally.
• Complying with food safety, hygiene, responsible service of alcohol (RSA), and workplace health and safety requirements.

About you:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Well-presented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
