Osborn House is a lovingly restored, impeccably styled 5-star luxury boutique hotel located in Bundanoon NSW 2578.
The restaurant in the Hotel offers carefully curated menus that tell a story of the seasons. The menus change regularly and they can be tasted while enjoying the views across Morton National Park.

Osborn House is now looking for a talented and experienced Accommodation Manager to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Directing and overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and guest services departments to ensure seamless hotel operations;
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback, and resolving complaints in a professional manner;
• Coordinating and supervising departmental managers and staff to maintain efficient operations and high-quality service delivery across the property;
• Monitoring occupancy levels, revenue performance and operational budgets, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to maximise profitability;
• Developing, implementing and enforcing hotel policies, procedures and service standards to ensure consistent operational excellence;
• Planning, coordinating and supervising accommodation, dining, functions, weddings and special events to ensure successful delivery and guest satisfaction;
• Managing staffing requirements, including rostering, performance management, training and professional development of employees;
• Overseeing purchasing, inventory control and supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement;
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety legislation, licensing requirements, and all relevant hospitality regulations;
• Liaising with senior management to review operational performance, implement improvements, and support the achievement of business objectives;
• Coordinating maintenance programs and property inspections to ensure all guest rooms, public areas and facilities are presented to the highest standard;
• Monitoring operational processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and overall guest satisfaction.  

The right candidate will possess:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Accommodation Manager;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent guest service and relationship management skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Sound knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems and property management software;
• Strong financial, budgeting and operational management skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities;
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and hospitality industry regulations;
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Job Type: full-time, permanent;
Salary: $76,000 - $85,000
