Located in Coogee NSW, Louie is a restaurant currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team.

The right candidate will be responsible for:

• Menu planning in collaboration with the chefs to produce innovative dishes
• Organising and planning events to benefit the restaurant community and create excellent experiences for new and existing customers
• Organising and pricing items in accordance with a preset budget
• Keeping track of inventory levels and financial transactions
• Assuring that eating facilities are clean, functional and in accordance with health regulations
• Ensuring the selection, training and supervision processes of hiring new personnel are in order
• Handling bookings, greeting customers and assisting with service operations through the supervision of the whole restaurant
• Managing budgets, costs and expenditures, including purchasing supplies

 About You:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage all operations of the restaurant

 
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
 
Salary: $79,000 - $95,000 per annum
