Allura Partners are partnering with a leading, PE backed distribution and service provider operating across multiple divisions and locations throughout Australia on a search for a Finance Business Partner. The business is investing in its Commercial Finance function to deliver stronger insight, improved planning capability and greater commercial support to operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pricing, margin and cost analysis to inform commercial decisions
• Build and maintain rolling forecasts, supporting variance analysis against actuals
• Identify opportunities to improve margin performance and cost efficiency
• Provide financial modelling for capital investments, business cases and strategic initiatives
• Act as the primary finance contact for the division, participating in leadership meetings
• Translate financial data into practical, commercially relevant insight for non-finance stakeholders
• Monitor revenue, profitability and cost performance across the division
• Support annual budgeting processes and coordinate divisional forecast inputs
• Track the financial impact of operational improvement programs
• Ensure divisional plans align with group-level financial assumptions and reporting requirements

• FP&A, Financial Control teams

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline - CA/CPA
• Background in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering roles
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Experience supporting operational business units and engaging senior stakeholders
• Ability to connect financial performance with broader strategic objectives
• Clear communicator who can make financial information accessible to operational leaders
