About the role
This Senior Data & Analytics role partners closely with stakeholders across credit, risk, finance, operations and technology. The position focuses on building scalable analytics solutions, improving lending performance insights and supporting cloud-based data platform initiatives.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Deliver analytics and actionable insights across lending, credit risk, portfolio performance and customer metrics
- Build and optimise scalable analytics solutions within modern cloud data platforms
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed analytics into operational decision-making
- Support forecasting, scenario modelling and regulatory reporting requirements
- Promote strong data governance, quality controls and compliance standards
Skills and experience - 7+ years’ experience within analytics in banking, lending or financial services
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms including AWS, Snowflake, dbt and Airflow
- Advanced SQL and strong Python capability for analytics and data modelling
- Experience building reporting and dashboarding solutions using Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Strong understanding of lending operations, credit risk and financial performance metrics
- Experience working within regulated financial services environments
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps and analytics productionisation practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
