About the role
Reporting to the Finance & Accounting Manager, you’ll join the Corporate Services team to manage core financial reporting activities. This role ensures accurate month-end close, tax compliance, balance sheet reconciliation, and supports internal and external reporting obligations.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Perform month-end financial accounting, journal postings and reconciliations
- Support P&L and balance sheet variance analysis
- Assist with year-end statutory accounts, audit prep and tax reporting (FBT, BAS, Workers Comp)
- Manage externally funded project reporting and liaise with project managers
- Ad hoc finance support as required
Skills and experience - CPA or CA qualified
- 3–5 years’ experience in a financial accounting role, or in a Big4/ Mid Tier environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains or similar systems
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Full working rights required
