About the role
Reporting to the CFO, this role leads FP&A capability across modelling, reporting and performance analysis. It partners with executives, board and investors. The role is hands-on initially, building scalable frameworks, with exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, planning and investment decisions
• Deliver board, executive and investor reporting packs with clear insights
• Analyse performance to identify risks, opportunities and value drivers
• Design scalable FP&A frameworks, dashboards and reporting structures
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting processes

Skills and experience

• 3–6 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis
• CA/CPA/ACA qualified
• Experience in private equity, investor-backed or high-growth environments
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
• Experience preparing board or investor reporting packs
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Exposure to SaaS or scaling businesses
