About the role
This Analytics Specialist role sits between commercial teams and data engineering, helping ensure data is structured, accessible, and meaningful for decision making. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, finance, sales, and technology to deliver insights and improve how the business uses data.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Work with business stakeholders to translate data into clear strategic insights
- Develop and maintain datasets that support analysis across performance, pricing, and customer trends
- Build reporting and dashboards that provide visibility for leadership teams
- Collaborate with tech teams to improve how data is structured and delivered for analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through better use of data, automation, and AI tools
Skills and experience - Strong SQL capability
- Ideally you will have a strong consulting background
- Experience with tools such as cloud tools
- Understanding of data pipelines
- Ability to connect data analysis to commercial outcomes
- Experience working with large datasets in data-rich environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
