About the role
This contract Implementation Manager / Project Manager role supports the rollout of a new ERP/CRM system across 280+ sites. Working with IT, PMO, operations and frontline teams, the role ensures sites are ready, implementations run smoothly and adoption is strong while minimising operational disruption.

Duties / Key responsibilities - Manage rollout delivery across multiple sites
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT, PMO, operations and vendor partners
- Ensure site readiness prior to system implementation
- Support data migration, onboarding and go-live activities
- Drive adoption with practice managers and clinic teams
Skills and experience - Experience delivering multi-site technology or systems rollouts
- Exposure to CRM, PMS or operational systems implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement with frontline users
- Ability to manage timelines, risks and dependencies
- Experience working in fast-paced or private equity-backed environments
- Pragmatic approach balancing governance with delivery
- Healthcare or clinical environment experience beneficial but not essential
