About the role
Own the final phase of a national ERP rollout, reporting to the GM Operations and partnering closely with the ERP Manager. Lead training, site readiness and go-lives across multiple branches while engaging stakeholders from frontline teams to executives.
Duties/Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-user training across multiple branches
- Lead site readiness assessments and go-live sign-offs
- Provide first-line ERP support and manage issue triage
- Develop training materials, SOPs and process documentation
- Identify and drive ongoing system and process improvement

Skills and experience - Experience in ERP implementation, rollout or adoption
- Strong training delivery across varied user groups
- Solid documentation capability (SOPs, manuals, process guides)
- Ability to manage stakeholders across operations and leadership
- Technical confidence with system configuration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working across multiple sites or locations
- Exposure to change management and operational readiness frameworks
- Experience with platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or similar
