About the role
Drive enterprise-wide impact in a rare hybrid role combining data strategy and hands-on analytics. As Senior Manager – Analytics & Data Strategy, you’ll shape how data is used across the organisation, identifying opportunities to improve decisions, prioritise initiatives, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Reporting into a highly regarded leader with deep experience in both strategy and analytics, you will influence marketing, retail, and brand teams while defining how data is structured, accessed, and applied. Strong C-suite sponsorship ensures your work is visible and impactful.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Lead data strategy initiatives to improve decisions across the enterprise
- Deliver hands-on analytics including modelling, segmentation, and insight generation
- Partner with stakeholders to embed data into business decisions
- Contribute to the design and structure of Snowflake and the analytics environment
- Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for analytics and data science
Skills and experience - Strong experience driving business outcomes through data strategy
- Hands-on analytics skills including SQL, Python, and Data Vis tools
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms
- Consulting experience from a tier 1 or 1.5 firm is highly advantageous
- Retail/ecommerce/FMCG experience is highly advantageous
- Must be Sydney-based with full working rights
