Treasury & Financing — Review monthly accounting for external debt, intercompany loans, deferred consideration and interest rate swaps. Ensure mark-to-market movements on derivatives are accurately recorded and that debt drawdowns, repayments and sources and uses of funds are properly tracked.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management — Own the group's weekly cash flow forecasting process at both entity and consolidated level. Ensure daily actual cash movements feed into forward forecasts, maintain clear separation between operating and capital cash flows and provide short- and medium-term liquidity visibility to senior management. Oversee intercompany balances and eliminations across AP and AR, ensure corporate overhead and shared service costs are recharged per approved methodologies and resolve intercompany variances.
Governance & Oversight — Manage the quality and timeliness of outsourced provider work. Support statutory reporting obligations including IAS, BAS and AFSL liquidity reporting.
Ad-Hoc & Strategic Support — Deliver financial analysis and insights as needed. Support audits, financings, acquisitions, earn-outs and new entity onboarding. Champion continuous improvement across cash flow forecasting, close processes and financial controls.
