About the role
Reporting to the ANZ FP&A Manager, this role sits in a centralised Commercial finance team and partners closely with Sales, Marketing and senior leaders. It supports reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning across the ANZ region and contributes key insights that guide business performance.

Duties / Key responsibilities - Consolidate and analyse month-end P&L and balance sheet performance
- Prepare and post journals, ensuring data accuracy and clear commentary
- Drive forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Partner with Marketing to guide investment decisions
- Maintain and improve reporting, governance and financial systems
Skills and experience - CA/CPA qualified
- 5–8 years’ experience in FP&A, ideally within FMCG
- Strong analytical capability and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-makers
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Self-driven with an ownership mindset
