Our client is a leading insurance & financial services organization and they require a Product Owner for their Policy & Billing to support within the Platform technical stream.

  
Responsibilities will include:

• Define the vision and requirements for Policy & Billing Center, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objective.
• Partner with business stakeholders and Agile scrum teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver value.
• Own the product roadmap, managing backlog priorities, resources, and budgets.
• Lead Agile delivery teams, ensuring robust testing and implementation.
• Enhance user experience through insights into customer behavior and motivations.
• Communicate progress effectively via showcases, stand-ups, and visual boards.
• Foster collaboration across digital, innovation, marketing, and IT teams.
• Champion Agile principles to improve efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and develop Product Owners, promoting an Agile culture.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in Guidewire Policy & Billing Center development and implementation.
• Strong Agile and Scrum framework expertise.
• Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in financial services or insurance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire 8 and Guidewire Cloud.
• Skilled in working with SI partners to drive outcomes.
