Allura Partners are currently working with a growing business based in Sydney CBD who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner on an initial 6 month contract, with potential to transition to a permanent role.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role supports the business through a period of transformation and growth. You’ll take ownership of the P&L, focusing on OPEX and supply chain, and partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, operations, and brand leadership to support their growth journey in a fast paced and supportive environment.

Duties/Key responsibilities - Support the Head of Commercial Finance with performance oversight across global operations with a key focus on process improvement and system integration
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for OPEX and supply chain functions
- Partner with marketing and operational leaders to manage cost plans and performance tracking
- Contribute to strategic planning across international markets and new product launches
- Provide commercial insight to drive efficiencies and inform executive decision-making
Skills and experience - CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial acumen (BIG 4 or Mid-Tier trained)
- Solid experience in business partnering or commercial finance roles with proven success in process improvement
- Background in consumer products, retail, or FMCG is highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments undergoing growth and change
