Digital Quality Assurance Engineer - AEM (6 months, Sydney)
Reporting into the Product Owner, this QA Engineer contract role sits within a cross-functional Agile squad. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality digital experiences. You will work in a forward thinking enterprise environment in Sydney.
The Role
- Initial 6 month contract, with potential for extension
- Hybrid role with 2 days per week on site
Duties/Key responsibilities - Create and execute test scenarios and cases based on technical and business requirements
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing (accessibility, performance, security)
- Perform API and backend validation using tools such as Postman
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve testing tools, processes, and standards
Skills and experience - 5+ years’ experience in a QA role within enterprise environments
- Proficient with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience in digital payments, including transaction flows and gateway integrations
- Strong API testing skills and backend service validation
- Skilled in Jira, Zephyr, Confluence and Agile delivery
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, XML
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
