Senior Tax Accountant
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + superannuation
Location: Bundall, Gold Coast

The Role
Working closely with Partners and Managers, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing BAS and IAS returns
• Preparing financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and associated entities
• Preparing tax returns across a range of structures
• Supporting tax planning and advisory work
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients across a range of industries
• Managing a busy workload while maintaining strong client service standards

What You'll Bring

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Business or Commerce
• Completed CA program or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in a professional services firm
• Proven accounting experience in delivering advisory solutions to clients
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems effectively
• An engaging and positive communication style, both with clients and within the team
• A team-focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
• Experience using accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks Online, Reckon or MYOB
• Experience with Xero Financials and Xero Tax will be viewed favourably, but is not essential
