Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy commercial client in Essex, are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in their customer services operations.       

Position: Customer Service & Acquisitions Lead
Rate: £19.23 to 23.08 per hour (Umbrella) 
Contract: Temporary (Nov 2026) Possible Extension + Hybrid 

Purpose:

• Identify and generate new customer leads through research, networking, events, referrals, and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Set up new customer accounts and raise invoices as required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted point of contact.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service, customer success, sales support, account management, or business development environment. 
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
