As an A03 Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's mission and contributing to the success of their organisation through your effective administration, time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing daily tenancy, bond loan and home loan refunds 
• Responding to emails for decision and action
• Preparing journals, accruals, reconciliations, monitoring and the clearing of suspense accounts and correction of any variances
• Provide data entry support for tenancy, bond loan and home loan clients 
• Assisting with document management support such as filing, retrieving documents and other records as required. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in finance officer or accounts officer roles 
• Experience using SAP is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
