The Organisation:
Our client is a well-established and growing accounting firm with a diverse client base across medical specialists, construction, trades, and real estate. With a large local team, they are known for their collaborative, down-to-earth culture and strong leadership structure.

The firm operates in small team “pods” led by Senior Partners, offering excellent exposure, mentorship, and long-term career development.

This role suits someone with solid foundations who is still mouldable and eager to grow.
  
The Position:
With a strong commitment to developing the next generation of accounting professionals, this role is an excellent entry point into a long-term accounting career. Your responsibilities will include:

• Document preparation, data entry, & team correspondence
• End to end Accounting, with supervision from their Senior Managers 
• Supporting senior accountants with monthly and annual reporting
• Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards
• Actively learning and developing your confidence in client liaising 

Skills and Experience:

• A degree in Accounting, finance, or a related field (completed or nearing completion)
• Experience within a Public Practice firm (desired) 
• Full working rights (required) 
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
