About the RoleAn opportunity exists for a Senior Client Manager/ Associate Director to join the Business Services team, working closely with senior leadership on a diverse and engaging client portfolio.
Specifically,
you will be working alongside a Partner with over 2 decades of tenure at this organisation, who is deeply respected by both internal and external stakeholders
(including us, as their recruitment partner!)This role is ideal for an experienced Accountant looking to take the next step in their career, gain more exposure to high-level advisory work, and benefit from priceless ongoing mentorship in the public practice space.
Key Responsibilities - Provide tax planning and general business advice across a diverse client base
- Participate in advisory engagements, including forecasting and strategic planning
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and expand professional networks
- Support the existing Partner with client relationship management and workflow oversight
Skills and Experience - Minimum 5+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
- Experience advising business clients with turnovers of $5 million+
- CPA or CA qualified (or currently undertaking)
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated by growth and career progression
