About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is now available for an Intermediate Accountant to join the Business Services team in their North Brisbane office.
  
This role is ideal for a motivated accountant looking to build strong technical expertise, gain exposure to a diverse client portfolio, and thrive in a workplace that truly values both performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing tax returns and financial statements for a diverse range of entities, including partnerships, companies, trusts, and individuals (clients up to $50 million turnover)
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, responding to queries and providing practical solutions
• Assisting with complex tax calculations, including Div7a, CGT, and FBT
• Collaborating with partners and managers across multiple engagements, keeping work varied and fast-paced

  
Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm (tax or business services)
• Solid knowledge of Australian tax compliance and legislation
• Currently pursuing, or open to pursuing, CPA or CA qualification
• Experience with Xero and the Microsoft Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated by growth, client relationships, and long-term career progression
