As an A03 Assistance Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's mission and contributing to the success of their organisation through your effective administration, time management and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable invoices and recovery costs
• Reviewing and validating accounts payable invoices
• Receipting of high-value and high-volume customer payments accurately and efficiently and liaising with business partners
• Collaborate with team members to prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience using SAP is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
