With a growing client base, the firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Administrator to support the SMSF/ Audit teams.

About the role:
This role is based in Fortitude Valley, QLD. As a Client Services Administrator, you will:

• Support two teams of accountants
• Onboard new clients and assist with setting up entities, including companies and trusts
• Liaise with the ATO and ASIC
• Provide SMSF support and perform administrative tasks related to super funds
• Manage client scheduling, correspondence, billing, and letters
• Cover reception duties as required

About you:

• 3+ years’ experience in an Australian Public Practice
• Confident liaising with the ATO and ASIC
• Organised, proactive, and a problem-solver
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-focused environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with accounting software (MYOB AE preferred)
