Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the mentorship of a team in the preparation of tax returns for multiple entities, including individuals, businesses, partnerships, and trusts
• Oversee financial statement preparation and review work for accuracy and compliance
• Guide tax planning for EOFY and provide strategic advice to clients
• Support business growth and analysis, working closely with partners and the team to deliver high-quality client solutions
• Foster strong client relationships, ensuring proactive service and long-term engagement

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements for multiple entities
• 4+ years in public practice with strong Australian tax knowledge
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, with proven team management skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on mentoring and developing team members
• Comfortable building long-term client relationships while contributing to a collaborative, energetic team culture
