As an A06 Senior Claims Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's mission and contributing to their success. This is a 12 month opportunity with a possibility for extension.

The Role:
The AO6 Senior Claims Advisor will be responsible;

• Independently manage a comprehensive portfolio of claims.
• Facilitating appointments and assessment of eligibility.
• Manage complex claims and assessments of lump sum damages for participants.
• Provide expert guidance to claims staff.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience in managing claims, particularly CTP or personal injury claims.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate claim settlements within authority limits.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff.
