One of the top partners in the Business Services division is seeking a motivated and skilled supervisor/junior manager to join her team and train into a client-facing, managerial role. Her portfolio consists of clients across healthcare, wellbeing, mining and more (with turnovers spanning up to $100million). This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is ready to boost themselves forward and take on some major client engagements for quick growth! 


Key Responsibilities:

• Managing workflow of the onshore and offshore team 
• Overseeing and reviewing compliance work done by junior team members 
• Joining the partner for in-person client meetings and eventually running your own!
• Getting involved with strategic advisory work (such as building forecast models), creating long-lasting relationships with clients and growing your network
  

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5+ years' experience working as an accountant in an Australian public practice firm 
• Proven experience servicing clients of at least $10million in turnover (experience working with healthcare or mining clients is a bonus!) 
• Fully-qualified CPA/CA qualification (or near completion)
• Proven experience managing workflow and reviewing work 
• Someone who has the ability to build long-term client relationships and is motivated by growth!
