A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Ops Manager to join a gorgeous restaurant just over an hour from London. (On-site accommodation is available.) This is an exciting chance to shape an elegant, thoughtful project that works with outstanding producers and ingredients to create truly memorable dining experiences.

Every element from the setting and design to the wine list has been meticulously thought out and beautifully executed. Regenerative principles sit at the heart of this place and so we’re looking for someone who not only understands and champions this philosophy, but who also thrives on elegance, consistency, and exceptional standards.

This is a hands-on role and you'll be working closely with the Exec & Head Chef. From hiring, building and inspiring your team to curating the wine list, overseeing the P&L, and leading on the floor. Experience at multifaceted GM level is essential - if you've been involved with openings even better as there’s potential for future on-site projects.
