We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Restaurant Manager to join a much-loved beachside restaurant in Jersey that is currently undergoing an exciting revamp. This is a rare chance to step into a well-established venue at the start of a new chapter, helping to shape the food, culture, and overall guest experience.
The role will suit an organised leader who are passionate about seasonal food, warm service and running a high-volume operation with confidence and kindness. Given the incredible coastal location this place is packed during the summer and so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be there to support your team is essential.
The role is super floor-focused and ideal for someone who genuinely loves leading and developing a team. You’ll oversee training, and rotas, while also working alongside the Head Chef on financials which you'll report into the Ops Director you'll also be working with a brilliant and experience hospitality consultant who has helped shape a number of much loved hospo institutions.
We are also looking for a brilliant sous to join the team, and so these two positions could work really well for a couple / pair of friends.
Alongside a competitive salary there is a quarterly bonus scheme, reduced winter hours with just two evening shifts per week + accommodation available at reduced rate - totalling a package of 50 k per annum.
