We are looking for a brilliant GM to take the reins at this gorgeous little pub in Gloucestershire. This place is everything a pub should be - everybody is welcome. It is a firm favourite with the locals, as well as being well a destination on so many peoples list. This place is eclectic, rustic & chic - the food and atmosphere are second to none! 

Calm and talented Head Chef Adam has been there for 12 years. His food is so delicious, and with a Rochelle / St John-esque approach, the charming dining room is always busy. We are looking for a food-focused GM who can come in to lead and inspire the team. As well as the usual GM responsibilities - such as recruitment, financials, and operations - we are looking for a hands-on GM who is passionate about training and developing the team.

A love of food and great food knowledge are a must for this role. Wine knowledge also a plus, but not essential as there are some brilliant drinks people already in the business.

There is a beautifully renovated flat upstairs which comes with a shoestring rent that would work for a couple or a young family - and honestly, this is one of the most charming villages in the English countryside.
