We’re super excited to be working with these brilliant and upbeat restauranteurs who are opening a new and what we're sure will be a classy spot in Central. We're looking for a HC to lead the kitchen and bring this gorgeous concept to life!
This is a excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous ready to take the next step, or equally a great role for an experienced Head Chef who’d love to be involved in shaping something from the very beginning. The people behind the project have been part of the hospitality scene for a while, and there’s no doubt they'll be lot of excitement around seeing this place come to life, as well this there is sure to be some fun future projects and collaborations down the line.
The restaurant will be chic but accessible, set in a busy part of town and designed to become one of those favourites that people keep coming back to!
The food will be classic French, inspired by the on point bistros of Paris. You’ll have experience and be passionate about French food as well as a real love for working with beautiful seasonal ingredients. They'll be a modern twist, but really this concept is comforting, nostalgic food and recipes that are timeless, think Roast Chicken & Morels...
Alongside menu autonomy you’ll be leading a team of around eight chefs, so we’re looking for someone who is organised, calm and kind, you'll need to be supportive leader who enjoys building a positive kitchen culture while running a busy service.
The restaurant will be open lunch and dinner, seven days a week, so there will be a good mix of shifts across the week.
