This is a really exciting option for someone looking for a change this summer. Get put up in this gorgeous countryside estate and manage breakfast, lunch and dinner services for Fri-Sun staying guests. Each Saturday a guest chef from somewhere exciting will join to cook their food, opportunity to work with excellent & inspiring guest chefs.
Would really suit a couple or friends looking for a fun project to get out of London, but you still get to spend Sun-Weds in your own home. Would be perfect for a restaurant manager or GM looking for a change of scene this summer.
