This is a truly beautiful concept in such a beautiful part of the Sussex countryside. An intimate restaurant sits within this gorge luxury escape. There are rooms, that are to die for, and the restaurant is looking for its newest Head Chef. The restaurant is aiming high for a green Michelin star, and so we are looking for a chef who understands about sustainable cooking, using excellent top quality produce, and who can let the ingredients speak for themselves. 

Ideally this is an amazing opportunity for someone to relocate to the countryside and get out of the city. You will work Wednesday-Sunday, 48 hours a week and be responsible for all the food on the property. The menu development is 100% yours so a truly creative Head Chef is required.
