We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a much-loved beachside restaurant in Jersey that is currently undergoing an exciting revamp. This is a rare chance to step into a well-established venue at the start of a new chapter, helping to shape the food, culture, and overall guest experience.
The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, working with exceptional local producers and the finest seasonal ingredients from across Jersey to create delicious, nourishing and accessible food. This role is ideal for a confident, energetic chef with previous management experience and a genuine passion for locally sourced, seasonal cooking. Set in a gorgeous coastal location, the kitchen is super busy during the summer months, so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading and supporting the team is essential.
We are also looking for a brilliant Senior RM to join the team, and so these two positions could work really well for a couple / pair of friends.
Alongside a competitive salary there is a bonus scheme, reduced winter hours with just two evening shifts per week + accommodation available at reduced rate - totalling a package of 45k per annum.
