With plans ahead to grow and open new sites they're looking for a driven, quick thinking operator to join the team. Reporting into the COO you'll be the line manager for the General Managers that work across the different sites and departments - bridging the gap between the strategic direction of the company and the team’s daily reality.
You will be the primary point of contact for the people running these bustling sites, ensuring they have the leadership, infrastructure and support they need to keep the product and vibe on point. This is not a desk based role. You will be on the ground, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping teams succeed day to day.

This is a hands on multi-site operational role for a disciplined operator ready to take the next step in their career. You might currently be running one retail site, or maybe a few and feel ready to broaden your impact through to a larger scale organisation.
