This outstanding pub is pushing for greatness in 2026, and is shooting for awards and accolades in sustainability. They are known as a group for being truly culture led, and having a real focus of L&D, but the pub its self is known for exceptional food & drinks, and just being such a pillar of East Ldn. 

We are looking for an AGM to run this huge multi-faceted business alongside the wonderful GM. You must be highly operational, and from a previous AGM role, and with a similar background. Ideally you have worked in a pub, with rooms, and a restaurant, and understand the nature of a multi faceted venue. You should be used to high revenue bars, and high volume. Additionally some experience in openings is very useful.
