Group Leader / Room Leader – Nursery

St Luke’s Long Day Care is a warm, welcoming centre located just minutes from the Capalaba CBD. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Group Leader/Room Leader to join our Nursery team and help shape meaningful early learning experiences for our children.

• 78-place centre with 5 modern learning rooms
• 2 large shaded outdoor spaces with sandpit & herb garden

• Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive program
• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment
• Build strong relationships with children, families & your team
• Grow professionally through continuous learning
• Represent Catholic Early EdCare’s values within the community

What You’ll Need

• Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
• Current Queensland Blue Card
• Childcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Knowledge of the EYLF & National Quality Standard
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete Child Protection training
