Centre Director – Lead, Inspire, Thrive

Join St Cecilia's Long Day Care and Kindergarten as our next Centre Director and lead a beautiful 49-place boutique service in the heart of Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program
• Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families

Job Requirements:

• Diploma (Early Childhood) and/or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Willingness to act as the Nominated Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
• Experience in childcare service management
• Proficient computer skills, including childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
