We’re seeking a passionate Group Leader / Room Leader to join our team — someone who is driven to lead with purpose, inspire young minds, and create a safe, nurturing space for our youngest learners. This role is FT Monday - Friday between the hours of 6.45am - 6pm.

Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive educational program
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing and safe environment
- Participate in ongoing professional and personal development
- Promote the service within the local community, aligned with Catholic Early EdCare values and philosophy
What You’ll Bring - Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
