We’re seeking a passionate Group Leader / Room Leader to join our team — someone who is driven to lead with purpose, inspire young minds, and create a safe, nurturing space for our youngest learners. This role is FT Monday - Friday between the hours of 6.45am - 6pm.

• Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive educational program
• Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing and safe environment
• Participate in ongoing professional and personal development
• Promote the service within the local community, aligned with Catholic Early EdCare values and philosophy

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
