We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator who is ready to step into a leadership role where they can guide a team, support children’s development and help shape a positive, engaging program for school-aged children.
In this role, you won’t just supervise — you’ll lead experiences, mentor educators and help create a service where children can build friendships, confidence and lifelong memories.
Working alongside a supportive Coordinator and a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our service remains a welcoming space for children, families and educators alike.

What Your Day Might Look Like:
• Supporting the daily operations of the OSHC service and ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing
• Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
• Building positive relationships with children, families, educators and school staff
• Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver high quality practice
• Helping create a fun, inclusive and welcoming environment where children feel they belong
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in OSHC and a passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and National Regulations.
• Experience working with school-aged children in an education and care setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Confidence using technology and childcare management systems (Xplor experience desirable).
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning including Child Protection training
