Join our vibrant OSHC team, supporting up to 110 children before school, after school, and during vacations! Located beneath the Parish building, next to the school’s undercover play area, we provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children thrive. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Sees OSHC as a career and is committed for 2+ years
• Works well in a small, collaborative team and can step into leadership/admin tasks when needed
• Loves learning and helping shape an exceptional program for children

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the service, including

• Program planning, delivery, and documentation
• Staff rostering and supervision
• Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Participate in professional and personal development
• Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the coordinator.  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Children Services/Early Childcare or ACECQA equivalent is required.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
• Child Protection Training, as required by the position
• Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
• Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
