About St Luke's Early Learning Service

• 5 learning rooms & 2 beautiful outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity
• Supporting children’s well-being in a safe and caring environment
• Collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Representing the Catholic Early EdCare philosophy with pride
• Growing personally and professionally through ongoing development
• Building strong and trusting relationships with families, colleagues, and the community
• Inspiring a love of learning in every child

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards), or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Queensland Blue Card
• Understanding of childcare practices, legislation, and quality frameworks
• A genuine passion for working with children aged 6 weeks to Kindergarten
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to complete Child Protection training
