Centacare is seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Officer for a part-time position within our Enabling Services team. In this role, you will be providing high-quality customer support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate services, resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless administrative support, all while contributing to Centacare's broader mission of delivering exceptional services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
