Join Our Team – Casual Educators Wanted (Nundah)

St Joseph’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) in Nundah provides education and care for up to 60 children. We are a small, community-focused service working closely with St Joseph’s Catholic School and the Banyo-Nundah Catholic Parish.

Our program is flexible and child-led, with educators planning daily experiences based on the children’s ideas, cultures, and interests.

We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic Casual Educators (Children’s Services Employees) to join our team at St Joseph’s OSHC in Nundah. 

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care

  Job Requirements:

• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Effective workplace communication skills
