Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Planned Surveyor to oversee and manage planned programmes and project work across the East and West regions. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to take ownership of planned maintenance projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting required performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee planned maintenance programmes across the region.
• Conduct domestic and commercial building surveys, identifying construction defects and recommending solutions.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and time requirements.
• Act as the Contract Relationship Manager, Client Representative, and Health & Safety Manager for planned maintenance projects

• Relevant qualification in Building, Surveying, or Planning (HNC or higher) OR 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and experience supervising multi-trade contracts.
• Expertise in surveying and contract management in the social housing sector.
• Experience managing works budgets of approximately £500k.
