PAY RATE: £60,000 - £65,000 Annual

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible Individual to join a new Residential Children’s Home in Kent Area. The Home will be for Children 12-17 with emotional and /or Behavioural difficulties and currently in the process of registering with OFSTED.
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• The organisation specialises in providing best-in-class residential care for children and young people who have complex needs. They endeavour to create a safe environment that is homely and nurturing, enabling for positive relationships to be formed and for the children and young people to make progress in all areas of their developmen

  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Responsible Individual or as a Children's Home Registered Manager in a Children's home
  • Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
• • Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
