Position: Traffic & Highways Officer 
Location: Croydon
Duration: 4 Months
Salary £40.00 p/hour

Role Purpose:

We’re looking for a Traffic & Highways Officer to join a local authority in South London on a 4-month contract. If you have experience in traffic, parking, transport, and highway services and can manage projects from feasibility and design to contractor supervision and completion, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver traffic and highways projects from design (CAD, reports) to completion (orders, contractor supervision, invoicing)
• Ensure compliance with legislation, TfL standards, and council policies.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project success

• Experience in traffic, highways, or transport projects
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and technical drawings
• Strong project management and contractor supervision skills
• Ability to work on-site 3 days per week
