Position: Domiciliary Care Service Manager
Location: Dorset
Salary: £34,000

Role Purpose As the Domiciliary Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring that care standards comply with CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, and Group policies. You will lead the service to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that prioritizes safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage the care team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements, including CQC regulations and local authority contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement, monitoring performance through audits and implementing action plans.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.

• Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Significant experience managing care services for adults with complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and health & social care legislation.
• Must have Domically Care Service experience, not just care home experience.
