Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a large housing association authority in Basingstoke, are looking for an experienced fleet co-ordinator to join their team. 

Position: Fleet Co-ordinator
Rate: £16.78 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary July (2025) with Possible Extension 

Purpose:

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to provide essential support in managing, maintaining, and servicing company vehicles. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with statutory health and safety regulations while handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for fleet-related enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, MOT bookings, and repairs with garages.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and update the Fleetcheck system.
• Book and manage hire vans for operational needs.
• Assist with compliance tasks, such as fines management and driver record updates.
• Liaise with drivers regarding maintenance schedules, complaints, and general fleet-related communication.
• Arrange windscreen and glass repairs as required.
• Work collaboratively with the fleet team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

• Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Ability to use fleet management systems (Fleetcheck experience is a plus).
• Proactive problem-solver who can liaise effectively with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.
