Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in South West England are looking for an experienced Surveyor.

Position: Surveyor (Wiltshire)
Rate: £21.53 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (5 Months) with Possible Extension 

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned maintenance programmes through external contractors.
• Oversee minor works, refurbishments, and repairs.
• Conduct planned maintenance, repairs, and void surveying.
• Manage Health & Safety compliance, including fire safety programmes.
• Conduct surveys for void properties, customer-requested repairs, and post-inspections.
• Identify and manage communal repairs through to completion.

• Experience in surveying and contract management within social housing.
• Strong budget management experience (~£500k).
• Strong understanding of building maintenance legislation and refurbishment standards.
• Full UK driving licence required.
